Joseph Kimble

Joseph Kimble is a distinguished professor emeritus at WMU–Cooley Law School, where he taught legal writing. He has published three books and dozens of articles, including many on judicial interpretation. He is editor of the Plain Language column in the Michigan Bar Journal and the Redlines column in Judicature, and senior editor of The Scribes Journal of Legal Writing. He led the work of redrafting the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Evidence.
