The EB1 Multinational Executive or Manager Green Card is the immigrant version of the L1A Intracompany Transfer Visa.

An E-2 Visa allows citizens of certain countries to work for a U.S. company where they or others from the same country have made a significant economic impact.

The H-1B visa is a nonimmigrant work visa allowing U.S. employers to hire foreign workers with specialized skills to work in the U.S. for a specific time period.

With an E-1 Treaty Trader visa, non-U.S. nationals can enter the United States. However, they must be an owner or qualifying employee of an eligible non-U.S. business coming here to conduct substantial international trade.
